Restricted to Adults (RTA) is a free and voluntary internet program created by the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) to better enable parental filtering online. The program also demonstrates the online adult industry's commitment to helping parents prevent children from viewing age-inappropriate content such as internet pornography. Carnalpedia uses RTA labels to prevent children from accessing its pages.

Parents can use software programs, such as Net Nanny, to block websites that contain the RTA label to prevent their children from accessing marked pages.

[edit] RTA Label

RTA provides the following html code for webmasters to insert into the head of their web pages.

<meta name="RATING" content="RTA-5042-1996-1400-1577-RTA" />

[edit] Public Service Campaign

RTA has created multiple public service campaigns to promote this service. Campaigns have included Chi Chi LaRue, Stormy Daniels, Catalina Cruz and Sunny Leone advocating the use of the RTA label.
