Verified members are Carnalpedia users who:
- Are industry insiders; porn stars, directors, advocates, etc...
- Use their real name, stage name, or brand name as their Carnalpedia user name.
- Have had their identity confirmed.
These individuals bring first hand knowledge to the site, and have personal familiarity with the subject matter. Their contributions to the site are very much appreciated.
In addition to preventing other from assuming their identity, verified members are able to upload images to the site.
[edit] Becoming Verified
To become verified, you will need to:
- Create a user account on Carnalpedia with your real name, stage name, or brand name.
- Email the user name to verify@carnalpedia.org from an email address that matches your official website address.
- You will receive further instructions by email.
For example, if Adam Champ, who's official website is http://www.adamchamp.com/, wanted to become verified, he would create an account on Carnalpedia with the username Adam Champ, and send an email that includes his username Adam Champ from any-email-address@adamchamp.com.
If the user does not have an official website address, email verify@carnalpedia.org for individualized instructions. Not all of these users are able to be verified.
